Estimated Product Lead Times

Lead times shown below represent the typical timescale between finalising your order for production and your order arriving at our UK dispatch centre. Estimated lead times are shown against each product at point of purchase.

Once dispatched most UK deliveries are completed within 1-3 working days. We will notify you by email on dispatch of your order.

^{*We aim to dispatch all items within the timescales above, however we cannot accept any liability for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays outside of our direct control (e.g. manufacturing, shipping, delivery delays). Please note that all orders are custom-made, so lead times quoted are estimates only and time is not of the essence.}

General delivery information:

• The lead time will commence once you have accepted the final version of your order via the secure link, following the telephone check call with our team. On successful confirmation you will be sent a Confirmed Invoice and an email to indicate that your order is going into production – if you don’t receive this please contact us urgently.
• All orders in Mainland UK, NI, Scottish H&I, are delivered by Custom Shutters vans.
• We will contact you via email and/or phone prior to delivery.
• Customers are reminded that Custom Shutters sells shutters for DIY self-installation. If you elect to hire your own third-party fitter we strongly recommend to receive and check your full order before booking an installation. We cannot cover any third-party costs or provide compensation should delays, damages or discrepancies occur.

Important Updates & Exceptions:

• Non-UK Deliveries can take an additional time to reach you, please allow extra time to receive your goods on dispatch from our UK warehouse.
